Onlarca otel gezdim, böyle ilgili bir restoran şefi ilk kez görüyorum. Ek gıdaya yeni geçmiş bebeğim için 24 saat dahil olmak üzere ona özel çorba veyiyecek ayrıca temin ettiler. Gidene kadar her öğün masamıza uğramayı ihmal etmedi. Hüseyin şef tanıdığım işini aşkla yapan en tutkulu şef olabilirsin .

Great holiday experience! Everything was flawless during our time at the Miracle Resort Hotel. The hotel''s design was charming, with modern and comfortable, with spotless rooms and a stunning sea view. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, and every need was taken care of immediately. The food was diverse and delicious, with options for every taste, especially the buffet. The pools and beach area were very clean and tidy, and we had a pleasant time throughout the day. And additional thank you guests relations Farima and Beytollah

Das Personal ist weitgehend Top. Aber heute wurde aus der Bar eine Kinderdisco gemacht, als wäre man im Kindergarten. Was hat das mit einer Bar zutun. Fast alle Erwachsene haben lieber Ihre Kopfhörer ins Ohr und über Handy Musik gehört, was schon ein Trauriger Anblick gewesen ist aber das kleinste Übel, da heute auch die normale Disco zu ist und es keine Ausweich Räume. Bei der Frage ob es eine Bar oder eine Kinderdisco ist, wurde mir direkt gesagt, wenn es mir nicht passt, kann ich ja gehen. Das würde ich ja auch gerne, aber alles andere im Hotel hat ja zu. Und für mich, ist das kein Umgang von einem sogenannten Manager. Das restliche Personal, sei es Houskeepin oder an den Bars tagsüber und beim Essen ist total freundlich und nett. Die Zaubern einem ein Lächeln ins Gesicht.

We came , here for Nawruz all is fine food , cleaning the staff is respectfull. We spending lot money for kind if trip all tkme want to take expectations. But the music and other entertinment programs we did not feel and see. So it was a little disappointing about fun. Ths concert was so expensive. Caring and interest in us of Guets relations team. Farima and Baytullah thnk you them for making colourfull oir vacation.

Ein großes Lob vorab an den MiniClub, insbesondere Svetlana und ihre Mädchen. Mit großem Herz kümmern sie sich um die Kinder und geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer Familie. Köche und Kellner leisten große Arbeit und es schmeckt alles. Ahmet, der Bar-Manager sollte definitiv eine höhere Position bekleiden. Sehr kompetent. Viele vergessen es, aber die Gärtner leisten hier Großartiges, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Sehr negativ haben wir die Arbeit der guest relation empfunden. İnkompetent, wenig lösungsorientiert und nicht hilfsbereit. Er wirkt genervt bevor man ein Wort ausgesprochen hat. Sehr störend war die Hotelbelegung mit 90% İranern, die sehr ungebildet und unhöflich sind. Die Mânner sehr aufdringlich. Meist schon um 10Uhr angetrunken und nervend.
