Haben gebucht und storniert und Geld immer noch nicht zurückgebucht nach 17 Tagen, man hat uns versprochen nach 7-14 Tagen aber da ist nix dran glaubwürdig. Die Bearbeitung der Zahlungsangelegenheiten sind katastrophal der Service schiebt dauernd die Schuld an das nächste Personal man wird überhaupt nicht ernstgenommen und weiß nicht wozu diese Unverschämtheit beabsichtigt nicht nach Frist gerecht eingehalten wird bin absolut mehr als unzufrieden und finde es einfach als eine absolute Frechheit wie das Management damit umgeht und einen einfach da stehen lässt !!! Das muss und darf einfach nicht passieren!

Wij waren heel tevreden. Het was hygienisch. Dit is voor ons heel belangrijk. Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. De meiden van kidsclub wil ik speciaal bedanken! Hele vriendelijke en zorgzame dames tegen de kinderen toe. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van ons vakantie.

öncelikle otelde çalışan tüm personeller güler yüzlü ve ihtiyacımız olan her durumda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. restoranki düzenini ve hijyen titizliklerini çok beğendim. tekrardan kalmayı düşünebilceğim bir otel. odaları da kaliteli ve aynı zamanda manzarası çok güzel.

Прекрасный отель на берегу моря. Пляж отличный, заход идеальный, все очень чисто и зелено! Питание очень качественное и вкусное. Особенно понравился мини клуб! Были с пятью детьми, разного возраста и каждый нашел по душе развлечение, особенно хочется отметить Светлану, супер позитивный человек-дети к ней тянутся-она заряжает энергией! Постоянно внимание на детей, различные мастер-классы, игры и развлечения! Нам очень понравилось, советую отель от всей души!

Bonjour , pas de café et the dans les chambres il faut faire la demande au service client et insister. Pas de peignoir il faut laisser une caution à l accueil. Réclamation au service client qui mon dit on vous les envoie jamais reçu on a laisser tomber.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in dem Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr schön aufgestellt. Lobby Bar war mit den Getränken öfters sehr unterschiedlich. Der Geschmack war mal gut und mal nicht. Das Essen und die Kellner im Restaurant waren top. Keine aufdringlichen Kellner, alle hilfsbereit und höflich. Die Pizzabäcker waren sehr zu vorkommend und haben immer unseren Sonderwunsch mit „nur Käse“ auf die Pizza sofort umgesetzt. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (5 und 9 Jahre). Der miniclub war Mega bemüht und meine Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Sie haben immer eine Idee für meinen großen, damit es nicht langweilig wird. Der Miniclub ist so zauberhaft zu meinen Kindern gewesen. Die Dame mit der rosanen Cap mit den Ohren, hat es uns mehrfach ermöglicht, dass mein Mann und ich die Zeit ohne Kinder beim Kaffee genießen konnten. Ein großes DANKESCHÖN. Dann auch ein großer Dank an das Reinigungsteam aus der 2923. Mein Sohn hat sich Unglück übergeben und die Teamleiterin für die Etage und die Reinigungskraft waren sofort zu Hilfe da. Auch hier vielen Dank für die herzliche Hilfe.

Öncelikle otelin tüm ekibine teşekkür ederim. Hijyen üst seviyede, şeflerin yemeği cam arkasından tabağa koymaları, misafirlerden gelecek kıl tüy gibi durumların önüne geçmekte ve bu çok güzel bir şey. Yemek lezzeti de harika. Bir çok lüx otelde konakladım ama bu kadar işini seven personellerin olduğu otelle ilk kez karşılaştım. Hamam spa oldukça hoşuma gitti. Hamam kısmıyla ilgilenen hk ekibinden Hatice Hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Otelin misafir kalitesi de üst seviyede. Alman ağırlıklı, konaklanabilecek en iyi otellerden biri. Tekrar teşekkürler.
