The front desk insisted that we need to increase the price to allow the child (1.5 meters tall) to check in. Ctrip said this is the 1 person occupancy. There was a price difference of 100 yuan for one person, but the front desk charged us 35 euros for one person (approximately 35*7.8 = 273 yuan per person), and 70 euros for two children. We asked for a receipt, and the front desk signed a handwritten note as a receipt. This is very pitiful and unreasonable. We can accept an increase of RMB 100, but we shouldn't charge that much. The price increase itself is not humane at all. The rooms are exactly the same, with a 1.5-meter bed that can sleep 2 people. Ridiculously poor service. The front desk only said that the room was in Upstairs. Then we went to the elevator entrance and found that the elevator was very small. Four people squeezed in. For room 201, we pressed the 2 button as normal thinking. As a result, the elevator panel displayed 1, the elevator door opened, and there was a door ajar next to the elevator. Next, the corridor is low and dark, and the eerie feeling is ready to come out. Then we wondered why the elevator couldn't go up to the second floor. The room was 201, and this was only the first floor. We didn't get out of the elevator, so we went back to the lobby and asked the front desk to come over and see what was wrong with the elevator. We couldn't get up to the second floor. The front desk then led us to the so-called room 201, and we found out that the No. 2 key was to get to room 201. Completely irrelevant to the displayed 1. There are no warning signs posted in the elevator! With this setting, at least put a warning sign. I originally booked the hotel because of the favorable price and the clean and tidy room design. However, I encountered the above two things. The environment was good, but it was no longer good.
