Convenient location, 5 minutes to Ismetpaş. Fast check-in, polite staff. Stayed for one night, had an early check-out - packed breakfast to go.

Great location. We stayed in a room with a view of the sea and the old town. The hotel has been operating since 2023 and so far everything looks quite new. There were no Russian-speaking staff during our stay, so a minimum knowledge of English will not hurt. The staff is quite friendly, they extended our stay for a couple of hours and left our luggage in the storage area until the time we needed. Breakfasts are served on the terrace or you can ask to come to your room. Breakfasts are minimal, but the pastries are fresh and tasty, we bought oatmeal and fruit nearby in Migros, we had enough. Tea and coffee on the terrace without limits, but the coffee is bad. Bed linen and towels are of good quality, there are robes and slippers, there was initially one blanket, but upon request they will give you as much as you need and a choice of winter or summer. Water 2 bottles are replenished, and also provided upon request without limits. Since the room had a view, the only thing that was a little disappointing was the unwashed windows (from the outside), if the view was of the city in the other direction, we might not have noticed. I thought for a long time what rating to give, but still I can’t give it higher than 3. The location is excellent, direct transport without transfers to the airport and many other places. Many interesting places nearby. Very polite and friendly staff, nice interior. BUT! Initially, we were settled in a room marked as having a window, but the window overlooked the corridor! On a common terrace for everyone! Plus, the room was located right next to the stairs and reception, crazy audibility. Unfortunately, we could not live like that and asked for a change. Thanks to the staff, they moved us to the floor above, BUT right next to the room there is a camera of the elevator and you hear all its movements very loudly…. Because of this, until late in the evening we heard the noise of late guests and from 7 am also the noise of early birds. This is very uncomfortable. Also, the shower cabin leaks in all places and no matter how hard you try, water is everywhere on the floor… Horrible. The location is in the middle of everything and very convenient.
So many food choices within a 3 minute walk.
From the downstairs restaurants on all sides of the hotel.
The rooms are clean and very fresh.
0The ocean view room is well worth the price.
The only thing to be prepared for is the parking, DO NOT PARK across the street next to Hadrians Gate, the will rip you off.
Just go around the block behind the hotel and a great paid parking lot with security. Parking only costs 250 TL for 24 hours. It's an easy walk to the hotel.
The old town train runs in front of the hotel also. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is located central, what is big plus, staffs are very kind and helpfull. Room is cleaned well, as i knew it will have no window, but it is possible hear the neighbours from both sides..That is only one minus of the rooms, but I guess, that can happen everywhere in Turkey, the walls are not soundproof. For the breakfast you have 2options, have them on the room or eat in the nice dinning area. What i did not like personaly was, that the people can smoke there and the non smokers are slightly ignored (but that is in of whole country - restaurants, coffees, etc.)

The hotel is in a good location. You can take the tram directly from the bus station to the station and then walk a short distance. It is diagonally opposite Hadrian's Gate.
The soundproofing in Room 102 this time was very poor. The sound of opening and closing the refrigerator door and chatting in Room 101 were very clear. Breakfast was two pieces of bread.
