When we arrived, we were given not the room that we had booked - the one right behind reception (traffic) and with terrace next to the smoking corner... We were told that the hotel is fully booked (yeah, we know - by us, the room was fully paid in advance). Thanks to the intervention of Trip.com, they promised to move us the next day to another room (originally, it was in two days...). Next day, they waited for my parents to go out - only to tell me that I need to move immediately to a new room if I want, so I needed to move all the luggage alone, while I'm general it was only circumstantial that I was in the room at that time.
One day, the guy told us that they had a coupon for breakfast in the nearby cafes. The next day, when I asked for it, another guy - no coupon... And the list goes on.
New room was nice, though. Much more quiet as it was facing the swimming pool, not the road. Overall, it is OK, but there are cheaper one in the area with the same quality, and I would recommend not pre-pay option. Only choose room on arrival.
