Great location of hotel in Antalya downtown, convenient for any kind of public transport and taxi, walking distance to Old town and to all points of interest. Convenient for stay at any time of year, Konyaaltı beach and other beaches not far from hotel and can be reached by public transport or by walk.
Good service in hotel, helpful staff who can communicate in Turkish and English. There is a person at the reception at any time. Good value for optimal price and service for this type of apart hotel during winter time in Antalya. We lived in the hotel for 1.5 month and were satisfied, no negative things. We recommend it for accommodation and will gladly return here during our next stay in Antalya.

The hotel was dirtier than it looked in the photos. We never used the bathroom.
Even though we chose a non-smoking room, when we entered the room it smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, even though there were smokers in other rooms, the smell of cigarette smoke was coming into our room.
The sound insulation was very bad. All the sounds from the next room were in our room.
The window insulation was very bad. It was also very cold from outside.
The furniture in the room was broken. The bed was very uncomfortable.
There was no parking lot. You could park on the side streets or in the parking lot in the back street.
The only thing was the central location.
