If you don't call, you won't enjoy this service. No one reminded and informed. Since there is this service, why no one reminded the hotel, it feels very uncomfortable. I arrived late in the evening at Anshunxi station, so this was a great choice - literally a ten-minute walk from the station, with a few restaurants nearby. Plus, it is in the south of the city, so it is closer to Huangguoshu Waterfalls. The reception staff were very accommodating, and there was a plate of fresh fruit and a souvenir doll waiting for me in my room. To get into town it is about a 20 minute taxi ride. The last photo shows that you can literally see the hotel from the train station platform.

Environment: There is a good feeling when you walk into the lobby. The hotel of 300 yuan did not expect the environment to be better than the hotel you have stayed in. The snow scene of the hotel’s courtyard was so beautiful. Although it was a bit cold, we still took a few beautiful photos, hahaha Service: Just got off the bus, the hotel concierge brother helped with the luggage, the front desk lady was also very warm and polite when checking in, and asked if you need to send milk and snacks! There was also a charger for the cleaning sister at night. The eldest sister provided me very enthusiastically. The breakfast and the young lady asked for coffee and milk in person. I didn't expect the service to be so good. No wonder so many people came to breakfast! Hygienic: The hotel room is very clean, the bed is very soft, the hot water is also very fast, the breakfast variety is super, I don’t know how to eat that. Facilities: The facilities are complete, the air conditioning heating is also very fast, the outside is sub-zero, it is warm to return to the room, the TV is not stuck and clear, the overall effect is not bad, I recommend everyone to stay in the experience!

Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!
