The room type I booked is a big bed room, room 511, and I will tell you my feelings about this stay. Service: When checking in, the front desk can check the information accurately and accurately, and can also check in quickly. At the same time, I reminded me that the room type with windows is relatively small. I think these are worthy of praise. When checking out, the front desk was also smiling and felt very warm. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain the quality service. Then here is a small proposal, that is, my room this time is the tail room, but the front desk did not inform. Although I don't care about the location of the room, the tail room doesn't matter, but there will always be some guests who are more picky in this regard, so it is recommended that the front desk can inform in advance next time. Environment: To be honest, this stay, I am the most pleasantly surprised in this aspect of the environment. The first is the hotel lobby, on the left hand side of the first floor. Although the area is small, it is very clean and clean. The other is the room. Although the room is not large this time (maybe a little more than 10 square meters), it does not feel very forced and depressed. The overall environment is still good. Then the location of the hotel is also very good, very close to Anshan Station and the passenger station, the traffic is very convenient, there are many big shopping malls around. Maybe the only small flaw is that the room is not very soundproof, and the sound of talking next door at night can be heard clearly. The next two aspects of health and facilities are not good enough, and there are obvious problems in both aspects. Hygiene: I am very picky about hotel hygiene. This time I stayed, the sanitary conditions were not very good. First, there are obvious stains on the kettle in the room (Figure 6). Secondly, there is a clear accumulation of dust at the bedside of the room (Figure 5). The third point is also a point that I am very unacceptable, that is, there are bugs in the bathroom, and they are still alive, and there are at least two cockroaches (video 1)... I am not sure what this bug is, maybe a small spider. But whatever it was, it made me feel a little uncomfortable because I was afraid of bugs. But because I was in a hurry to go out in the afternoon, I didn't have time to let the front desk adjust the room. But then again, I don't know why big-name hotel chains will make health like this, even if there is more dust, I may understand, but there are live animals, this is really... Facilities: Here is a highlight that must be affirmed, that is, there is a fire self-help ventilator inside the room (Figure 9). Many hotels at the same price do not have this equipment. Although this facility may look inconspicuous, it will help a lot if you encounter problems. This is worthy of praise. Also, the air conditioning and hot water in room 511 are very powerful. Then I will talk about the shortcomings next. First of all, the windows of room 511, how can the glass dry like this (Figure 8). Although the glue strip is sealed, it looks not beautiful, and the room leaks... I still hope that the hotel will repair it in time if there is a condition. Secondly, the wooden strips of the bed board in Room 511 have fallen off (Figure 7). Again, the toilet lid in room 511 is obviously loose (video 3). Sitting on it, it feels like the toilet lid is going to fall off at any time. The fourth point is that the nozzle hanging in the shower room in Room 511 is also loose and obvious (video 3). When I used up the nozzle at night, I wanted to hang it. The first two times I fell off, because the nozzle hanging is loose, so it will not hang at some angles. Fifth point, the quality of the hotel's disposable slippers does not seem to be very good. It doesn't matter if it is thinner. The main thing is that after wearing it, walking and walking, the soles of the shoes are open. The hotel I stayed in before has not had this problem. The last thing is that the TV in Room 511 can't be seen. Let me say here, it may be because I can't operate the operation that caused the normal viewing, but I really did follow the operation steps of the remote control in the room, and I didn't understand it for less than 5 minutes. The main point is that the method of use is written, if the blue screen, adjust to HDMI. The point is, there is no HDMI option on the TV (video 2). I tried other options again, and I couldn't watch it. I don't know how this is the same thing, why the operation steps are not the same as the actual situation. If it is because I don't understand it and I can't see it, I hope the hotel can optimize the operation steps, otherwise the operation is too complicated and too troublesome. If it is because of the operation step itself, I hope the hotel will correct the text content on the operation step in time and do not mislead everyone. The above is some of my experience and ideas for this stay. In general, on weekends, in front of the station, brand hotels, the price of one night is less than 130 yuan, which is very cheap. But cheap also has to have quality, especially in terms of hygiene, how can rooms with bugs be sold normally? I still hope that the hotel can strengthen some health and facilities to make itself more cost-effective.
