Location was good, nearby to a big plaza. Cleanliness is still acceptable in the room. Service from the staff was great and helpful. Facilities are poor, you have to do your own laundry service (if you do not have time for example you need to goto work or walk around the city then no one will do it for you.), only self service laundry which I do not like. Breakfast was just okay but I can say poor as well. Foods are the same everyday (if you stay more than 1 day, you will not want to eat it after your second or third days). I was eating western style, no knife and folk for me even upon request. How do you apply butter on breads if there is no knife? Coffee was bad. The hotel lift is old, looks terrible but working. And payment was terrible, not accepting international credit cards and expecting foreigners to bring enough cash? Overall, if you are not too demanding then you can stay. For me, well... you know what is my answer.

Mobile phone charging is very convenient, no charger is required, a wire is enough. I especially like the large countertop design of the bathroom, and there is a stool for easy grooming. Say something insufficient. Obviously the wet and dry separation design, but the water in the shower room will penetrate the bathroom next door. The hotel does not have a wireless network, and asking the robot to reply can't solve my problem. The room is not equipped with a small refrigerator, which does not match the star service marked by the hotel. The hotel's restaurant on the 2nd and 3rd floors - reception banquets and private room reservations, no individual customer service. The breakfast buffet is on the 26th floor, and the two elevators are not large, and the peak has to wait a long time. The breakfast variety is average and the standard is full. In addition, guests eat with tickets, but after the restaurant waiter collects the meal coupon, they have to chase the guests to ask the room number loudly, and there is no privacy at all. It is recommended that when the hotel front desk issues a meal coupon, note the guest room number on the meal coupon to avoid a similar bad experience. The elevator room is marked on the 6th and 7th floors as a foot bath, but the elevator keeps on leaning. After going up through another elevator in the hotel, I found that it was still a renovation site. There is no prompt at the front desk. Software service needs to be improved.

The new hotel is pretty good ~ Clean and comfortable, with enough space. The most amazing thing is that there is a massage chair hahahaha. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is very good. They will answer any questions you have. It's nice. If I come here again next time, I will definitely stay at Kaiyuan

下高速不遠，自駕交通便利，大停車場，房間寬敞，基本設施比較新，房間有“小度”，除早餐外酒店沒有餐食，附近四五百米內有餐廳；相對於二百多的房價，早餐很豐富。存在問題：1. 房間下水道返味嚴重，尤其打開衞浴排風扇；2.房間那塊地毯太臟，如果洗不乾淨不如不鋪；3.兩人入住衹給一張房卡，第二張房卡需付按金不合理，前台説是一張房卡夠用，不需要取電卡，喊“小度”就可開燈，實際測試不插房卡“小度”衹能開房燈，衞浴部分是打不開的，衹能插房卡開衞浴部分；4.早餐環境温度很低，餐盤也很涼，菜裝盤一會兒就涼，要能餐盤加熱可彌補一下。總體來説性價比不錯。
