酒店老舊，前台和餐廳根本沒有服務。當天入住在中餐廳用了個餐，餐廳菜燒的超級難吃，空調還不製冷，給我們拿了個電風扇，一邊吃一邊吹着。房間空調製冷效果也很差，來了個服務員還一再跟我強調這個面板温度不對的。後面我們出去了，晚上回來的空調沒有關，房間的温度和麪板的温度都恢復正常了。

眼見服務品質的下降。到安慶一直選擇尊悦，所以我的感受是最真實。原本體現品質的早餐，現在減分項，眼見菜品在減少，晚點就剩一點，原本安慶的早餐天花板西式麪包，全部沒有，蔬菜沙拉也小小一盤，咖啡機不工作是常態。空調其實是酒店統一控温，夏季有4-5度温差，冬季沒有制暖，看似工作，實則沒有，還告訴你在除霜，好像客人很傻很可愛，你實説客人也能理解，給你配個取暖器唄。迎賓小糕點也消失了。
