The service was excellent. The guy at the front desk was very nice. The room was quite gross. There was a coffee stain on the bed and some unidentifiable brown liquid in the sink. Weird layout for the room and an odd scent. My partner had a reaction to the animal hair on his pillow.

Me and my sister arrived at 22 pm the 1/7 and the guy of the reception was eating in a table next to the counter. Nice first impression.😳 He could barealy speak English, he revived us in a very bad mood. Literally he didn’t talk to us too much , he just asked my name and he gave me the keys. I had to wonder in which floor my room was.. The hotel itself is old but I really appreciate how silent it was. The beds are very comfortable, soft and clean. Everything in general was clean. The buth tub saved me after a very long day!!!

I love this hotel is their personal s, I feel like I am at home the hostesses are friendly but above all kind and helpful thank you to the whole team for supporting my colleague and me.

The hotel service was excellent, but the problem is the location, since it was very far away and the road is dark, otherwise very good.

The room is very small, the Wi-Fi is not connected, the bathroom light is automatic, it gets dark when I'm halfway through taking a shower, the breakfast is ok, bread, ham, eggs

Friendly staff. The room had a kettle and coffee and biscuits. Also changed the towels.

Friendly welcome and staff available in a retro or twenty-something style hotel. A very pleasant breakfast. I recommend.

Perfect for a weekend and especially very close to Annecy, 3 minutes away. Pleasant staff and hearty breakfast. Clean room despite an aging establishment but we slept well. Slightly thin partition

Hotel well located for visiting ANNECY and its surroundings. Pleasant staff. The choice for breakfast is well stocked, there is something to please yourself. We are satisfied with our stay.

Unfortunately the hotel is very dilapidated. Our room was very small and the bathroom was moldy and dirty. Unfortunately we couldn't get another hotel in August and checked in for one night. Breakfast, however, was ok for the price.
