Very clean and sanitary business hotel, a little far from the old town, a little inconvenient, but there are supermarkets and convenience stores near the hotel, the service attitude is good, but the speed is not fast.

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, on the mountain, suitable for those who have a car and drive themselves. But the facilities are good, but the room is relatively small

It was a little off town but you can walk down a forested path to get to the lake. Unfortunately, we had a guest with a sprained knee and still got a room that needed to climb stairs although we did have help with luggage up the stairs. The hotel only works with private hire cars and we were unable to get around via uber or normal taxis. Cars cost 30€ for a 5 min drive into town. There is no meals in between 3 - 7pm when the restaurants open and having arrived at the odd time of 3pm, we had to find alternatives. The spa was lovely however we made a booking the night before for massages but the reservations were not captured. The reception asked us to walk to the spa for making a booking instead of just calling the spa. I received a wine with a lot of sediment at the bottom. The waiter apologised and that was it. Spa receptionist did not seem happy to serve us too. Great view of the outside from the bathtub.

Situations géographique parfaite, proche du centre et au calme. Accueil et service impeccables. Pas de bruit dans les chambres. Le restaurant est excellent. Seul bémol la propreté dans les communs (escalier et poussière sur les étagères dans les salons du bar) et dans la chambre (vérifier la literie au niveau de la courte pointe et alaises). Personnel réactif. N.B. : le spa est facturé en plus de la chambre.

The front desk staff were unkind towards my wife and myself on multiple occasions. Otherwise it's a beautiful location and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful.

We appreciated the personal welcome and tour. If you book a room on the 3th floor, you will be wowed by the view on the lake. You can look at the stars from your bed. You also have your own jacuzzi. Breakfast is not cheap but you have a lot of options and freshly squeezed OJ. Parking just outside the hotel is free.
