There's an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, even in the hallways. At breakfast, I noticed that all the dishes and cutlery were quite greasy and had stains and food residue. I had to ask the restaurant staff to wash all my cutlery, my plate, and my coffee cup. Disaster!!!

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and opposite the old town. But it's not too far to walk along the river to the old town. Overall it's ok. It's simple, clean and convenient. Annecy is not big. If you don't go hiking, two days is enough.

There is a government-developed parking lot nearby. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk and is safer.
Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only thing I hope to improve is to brighten the store sign at night, otherwise it will be really difficult to find it.

Une chambre correcte propre toute équipé avec la Clim et tout le confort .parking précieux mais très peut pratique . Seul bémol la réceptionniste et les petits déjeunés bien trop cher pour la qualité servit ! Vu le prix de la chambre je ne reviendrais plus dans cet hôtel vu la facture
