Clean and functional room, but the soundproofing needs to be reviewed. There is no fridge and kettle either, which is unfortunate. It is impossible to cast content via YouTube and Netflix.
I also tried to change my reservation and make an early departure for urgent reasons, but the request was not approved and I had to deal with a very unaccommodating and slightly exasperated person at the reception who never called me back as she was supposed to. This is very unfortunate because the hotel prices are not cheap either.

Facilities: Hotels in Annecy are much cheaper than those in Paris, and the location is also good. It is only a 7-minute walk from the train station, and it takes less than ten minutes to go to the town for dinner.
The hotel is under renovation, although there is no noise. Ctrip coordinated to give us breakfast. The staff questioned it at first, but after reading Ctrip's confirmation email, they didn't say anything and solved it.
Hygiene: Not bad, but the bedding is really hairy, and it's not very comfortable to sleep on. I asked to change it but it didn't change it.

Close to the train station and bus station, convenient. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the lake. The hotel is decent and in line with the hotel's positioning. I have paid the full room fee, and the hotel still collects one night's room fee as a deposit, which is actually understandable, but it was not stated in the accommodation conditions in advance, or I didn't see it when I booked the room.
