The essentials are there; excellent welcome; room with shower and sink, heating, good bedding (fitted sheet/sheet/pillow/duvet) very clean (toilet in the corridor but no problem), very quiet; generous breakfast, shared lounge, all 800m from the town centre, with a magnificent view of the lake!

The staff is very friendly, the bedding is clean and the beds are comfortable. I only stayed one night but I still recommend this hostel which has a beautiful view of Lake Annecy!
