Went to the rooftop terrace for drinkiepoos and was amazing ,vuewx unbelievable and drinks really good ,excellent little patisserie in the lobby, gorgeous hotel ,a little pricey but worth a visit, luxury view and so so pretty,just outside of old town on the main road of the lake

We stayed for a week with our family (adults only and two dogs) From the moment we checked in to the moment we left we had a wonderful experience. A special mention to the staff at Bon Bec and the staff working at the terrace bar. So attentive and very kind towards our dogs. Also, a mention to the night manager (I didn’t catch his name) who was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely well thought out and very clean - there were always cleaners around! The location is perfect - a 10 min walk max to the old town where it is filled with bars and restaurants and beautiful scenery. The hotel is also across the road from the lake with incredible views from the restaurant and terrace. We didn’t have breakfast, however the shop within the hotel sells a variety of lovely food and drinks. The restaurant food is delicious, we ate there three times as a family and didn’t have a bad word to say about it. The ONLY downside I would mention is the cost for bike hire - 60 euros per bike for the day…. If you’re looking to rent bikes then go down the road to the rental place that does it for 24 euros per day per bike. Much more cost effective! Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, we will 100 percent be returning. To say we were sad to leave Annecy would be understatement, what a place!

Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to a very sad departure. All the staff from domestic , reception, bars and restaurants were so friendly , accommodating and welcoming they went above and beyond. We also had 2 dogs with us and they could not have been treated better. The location was ideal and the hotel was clean, modern with everything you could need. The restaurant food , service and staff were incredible.

The hotel is close to town and the room ia okay. The problem is the service and breakfast. The experience is very impersonal and they blew it when I left my phone charger at the hotel. They said they would send me a link for me to pay for a voucher to get the charger sent to me, which they never did. Additionally, we went to the breakfast buffet and everything was very minimal. The stations were depleted of most items.and it seemed more appropriate for a one star hotel. I couldn’t recommend this hotel based on the service rendered.

Brand new and super clean, amazing lounge with live music on week-ends, very warm pool. 3 min walk from the core downtown
