The hotel was off the charts beautiful. The room was like a mini apartment. Loved everything about it. Very pricey but worth it.

I realized at 10 pm that I needed to print out a parking pass and instead of directing me to the business center, Toshio had me email the document to him and was able to print it out. I appreciated that he made the extra effort although he was busy and the hotel was sold out the night before a football game.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous from all the wonderful amenities to how clean and beautiful the rooms are and how friendly and helpful the staff is! After a horrendous night in the ICU with a family member, we were welcomed with warm smiles at 3 AM and when we left this morning, we were sent away with big hugs well wishes and a few things to get us on our way We cannot thank you enough and we look forward to staying with you again. Adriana and Tracey thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The people at the Residence Inn were friendly and helpful without exception. The breakfast was fairly standard, but there's probably something for everyone there. The room was quiet and spacious. The location was great and it was easy to get to campus, dining, etc. on foot. I was choosing between staying at the Graduate and the Residence Inn, and I was happy with the choice I made. If I visit Ann Arbor again, I would choose to stay here again.

The property is just as you expect a Residence Inn to be, but the service at the front desk, specifically from Tracey, was like being at the Ritz. We had a large family and friend gathering this past weekend and there were more then several computer related glitches with room assignments, credit cards and the like. Tracey handled each and every one of the problems with professionalism and grace, she never made us feel like we were pestering her, she new us by first name, apologizing for any inconvenience that we had and even gave me a hug at checkout! Hang on to Tracey - she’s your biggest asset!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life all the way to six star hotels and I will tell you that the staff at this hotel while small is mighty! Specifically the following people I’d like to give a shout out to Chris at the front desk Jocelyn, the new kid Mike at the front desk and Walter who takes care of various services in the building Every single staff member went out of their way to make it a super stay - well done!

We were her for a family wedding and spent two nights. Rome’s are large with A convertible sod bed in a the sitting area. Also a well appointed Kitchenette with a full size Refrigerator, Microwave Toaster dishwasher great for families and for longer stays. Breakfast is as ok. They do have an exercise room and a swimming pool. Front desk staff was very helpful particularly Kevin, Tracy and Jaz
