I woke up with back pain because of the beds. I was told that the room I booked here was without air conditioning. Is it possible to have a room without air conditioning in the middle of summer in this day and age!!!
They charged +300 TL for an air conditioned room. The room they gave me has an old air conditioner and the worst part is, THE BED IS OLD AND COLLAPSED, I COULDN'T SLEEP AND NOW I WOKE UP WITH A BACK PAIN. :((
This is literally making people fools.
When selling the economy room, it was not stated that it was without air conditioning.

In a very good location, we did not have any sound complaints, it was very comfortable, we rested very well. There were only hairs left on the towels, and I expected it to be cleaner and more hygienic on the sheets as well. Other than that, I recommend it as f/p.
