29.09.2024 tarihinde 00.30'da otele giriş yaptık. Resepsiyondaki beyfendi oda ücretini alırken kahvaltının dahil olduğunu ve sabah 08.00-11.00 aralığında kahvaltımızı yapabileceğimizi söyledi. Sabah kahvaltı için restorana indiğimizde restorandaki beyfendi oda numaramızı sordu, söyledik. Resepsiyonu arayıp kahvaltının dahil olup olmadığını teyit etti. Daha sonra otele anahtarı teslim edip içtiğimiz suyun ücretini ödeyip çıkış yaptık. I like nothing in this hotel they do not turn the air system on everywhere smells very bad dirty rooms and very noisy. I ordered food they brought me food with no fork no spon nothing when i said i pay the food when i chick out he said no muss pay it now. that is the worst hotel i have ever seen.

The only good thing was the free parking and central location. Our room was in the basement. No window, the ventilation was so noisy it had to be turned off. Sorely needs upgrading as damp and worn out. Only one plug socket and that's for the TV. Asked for a room upgrade and the price to upgrade exceeded the room rate. No housekeeping but did manage to get fresh towels. No sound proofing and extremely noisy after 11pm until well after midnight. We checked out the day before and the reception staff did not ask why. Presume we are only one of many who do this. I have taken photos to back up my review but unable to download!
