Everything was perfect. We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room. The staff was helpful, their service was good, Wi-Fi was great, the accomodations were beautiful, the breakfast was superb and amazing hamam !! It couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks

Nezih bir semtte olan bu otelde ailem ile konakliyoruz. Öncelikle çalışanlar çok ilgili , alakalı, kibar ve saygılı. Bu denge çok ince bir çizgi de kurulabilir. Ve bunu otel çalışanları başarmış. Giris yaptığımız andan itibaren Doormen'e, sonrasında ilgili alakalı kibar reception da C/ İN yapan beye , odamıza bizi yönlendiren ve sormadan her ayrıntıyı anlatan Bellboy'a. Aksam Reception da çalışan kibar , güzel yüzlü bayan arkadaşa çok ama çok teşekkürler. Otele gelince , nezih bir semtte olan , yeni , lux detaylar ile döşenmiş. Tertemiz bir otel. Buklet setleri ise gercekten yeterli. Traş seti ve diş setini artık 5 yildizli oteller de bile göremiyorum. Ayrica sivi sabun, şampuan ve saç kremi küçük küçük şişeler yerine büyük duvara monteli aparatlarla sunulmuş. Bu uygulama 5 yildiz konsepti gibi olnuş.Housekeeper personeli Bay ve Bayan çalışan ***et ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar zaten tertemiz. Sadece ufak bir nüsha var. Odaların aydinlatmasi daha fazla olabilir.Ve kahvalti salonun daki Bey , daha güleryüzlü de olabilir. Ankara'da artik tek adresimiz . Başarılarının devamını dileriz
