Before we checked in, the housekeeper Xiao Lu added WeChat to let us know about the hotel's attractions and precautions. As soon as we checked in, he welcomed us with information. He was very enthusiastic and reminded us of the meal time at mealtime. He was very attentive. He sent messages at 12 o'clock in the evening. I admire his efficiency and attitude. My husband reminded me that I sent messages so late, and I felt embarrassed. However, Xiao Lu helped me solve the problem as soon as possible. He also sent water and tea and asked if there were not enough snacks. He also sent small gifts to the children when he left the hotel. At the end of the trip, he followed up with the customer experience in real time to understand the shortcomings. The experience was very good. This time I was in a hurry and had the opportunity to stay for a few more days. In addition to the amusement park, there are also museums and other scenic spots nearby. It is better to stay for two or three days to have a comfortable experience. By the way, the hotel buffet tastes good too!

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

The most intimate homestay in Anji is cleaner than the hotel and convenient for parking. The housekeeper helped us warm up the air conditioner early, and it was warm when we entered the house. The housekeeper is super enthusiastic and has been helping us with Zhang Luo's itinerary. Our four families lived very comfortably, and the children didn't want to check out. High cost performance

Anji is a good place with fresh air and pleasant scenery. It is suitable for staying quietly for a few days, climbing mountains and drinking tea. Xunsu is a good place for vacation. I give 💯 points! Although it was March, it was still quite cold. The boss turned on the floor heating, which was very warm. Because there were not many guests, he also upgraded the pool room. Taking a nice bath in the room was not too comfortable. I will strive for the next company team building Come again, the outdoor barbecue platform looks at me 😄

The room is very new and clean, with the same Atour decoration style as always. The rain shower head in this store is impressive. The water flow sprayed by the shower head is particularly fine, which makes the amount of water spray large without causing pain on the body. Thumbs up for this humanized design 👍 Special thanks to the lady at the front desk for the breakfast, which allowed me to eat delicious Yuanxiao in the morning of the Lantern Festival☺️ I also wish the staff at Atour a happy Lantern Festival🏮

Facilities: Complete facilities, clear projection, much more comfortable than watching TV! Hygiene: At first I was worried about whether there would be any problems with hygiene, but I was surprised that the hygiene was very clean! Even cleaner than the bedding in the star-rated hotel I stayed in Wenzhou! The bath towels also have a fragrance! The store is very attentive! Environment: The environment is very beautiful and quiet! Service: The boss lady is a very polite and kind person! The boss's family is very good! And they return the money! Very kind!

The hotel is near Xiaoyin Banri Village, ten minutes away from the Natural History Museum. There are several buildings scattered on the hillside. We live in Buildings 7 and 8. The swimming pool between the two buildings looks clean and you can swim in summer. The hotel is a butler-style service. After adding Yingzi WeChat, she responded in a timely manner to any needs. She is a very nice little beauty. The hotel's dinner tastes very good, and there are quite a lot of dishes. It is necessary to book in advance. The dishes are not available when you come to eat temporarily. I don't know if it is because of the Spring Festival. In short, it is a very exquisite hotel with good hardware facilities, warm service attitude, charging piles, suitable for bringing children, free bed surrounds, children's toiletries, etc.

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

Anji is a must-visit every summer. There are so many B&Bs to stay in, including hundreds of large and small ones, but Shanli still surprises people. There is a stream next to the B&B, and it is very special to hear the gurgling water. The food was also good, I felt good after both meals. It is convenient to travel and is very close to the Natural History Museum, Waterstorm Paradise, Jialebi Paradise, and Zhongnan Baicao Garden. I recommend Lingfeng Temple nearby. It is quiet and quiet, with ancient trees hiding ancient temples, and has a unique charm. Although the swimming pool is not big, the water quality is very clean. It is equivalent to a private pool at night, so I had a good swim. What is particularly worth recommending is the owner's family, who are hospitable, considerate and meticulous. They gave us fruits and drinks, and even went to the parking lot to see us off when we left, which was very touching. It is highly recommended to visit Anji, you will not be disappointed.
