服務：從預訂確定後會有專人聯繫所有到店事宜，到達後幫助拿取行李，辦理入住也很快，房間面積雖然不算大，但是乾淨整潔也很温馨，分區做的也很好。工作人員回覆及時，熱情細緻。特別值得一提的是洗護用品是他們這裏自產的，非常好用。 餐飲：民宿本身有一個烘焙西餐廳，也是早餐廳。窯爐麪包非常不錯。早餐分中西式，會提前和客人溝通好。隔壁的村民食堂，物美價廉的小碗菜。位於二樓的“炎”西餐，口味很贊，很有特色，需要提前預約。 周邊：網紅打卡地“白茶觀景平台”和“深藍計劃”都離得不遠。均需門票，門票實際就是咖啡飲品代金券，特地跑一趟沒必要，喜歡拍照攝影的可以去一下。民宿所在的“白茶原”內，涵蓋了鹿園（可零距離投喂），咖啡館，手作館以及白茶周邊產品 總體來説，非常好的一次入住體驗，值得再去。

It was our first time here and we were afraid that we were not familiar with the dining place. During dinner time, they invited us to their family dinner with their parents, brothers and sisters. Ate a big table of food! And drank wine! The whole family is very kind and enthusiastic! I hope we can entertain them next time they come to Beijing. We went around a mountain and passed through several villages before finally arriving at the hotel. There will be a guard at the door to guide us to park the car, and then take a shuttle bus to the hotel lobby. The hotel is built on the mountain and surrounded by mountains on three sides. There is an endless rapeseed field in front of the lobby, which embellishes the mountains with vitality. We stayed in a courtyard king-size bed room. The whole room is spacious and bright, and it has a small courtyard. It is very pleasant to read books and listen to the rain here, and it is also quite good to take pictures. When I woke up and opened my eyes, I could see the spring scenery in the courtyard, which was very pleasant physically and mentally. It is worth mentioning that I told the housekeeper on the phone that I came to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was very warm to arrange our birthday for us and gave us a beautiful birthday cake. The hotel has a lot of activities. You can read books, write with a brush, play chess, and play board games in the book bar. There are also gyms, swimming pools, audio-visual rooms, and chess and card rooms next to it. There is a large lawn outside for playing, which is a good way to kill time. The weather started to clear up on the second day, and we went for a walk outdoors. We rode our bikes slowly around the entire hotel and breathed fresh air in the fields. It was very pleasant. Before coming, we made an appointment with the housekeeper for the audio-visual room in advance, so after visiting the outdoors, we chose to watch a movie to relax and taste the local white tea. The most impressive thing is that from the moment we entered the hotel gate, everyone we met was smiling and friendly. The hotel has both environmental facilities and services. It is highly recommended to stay and is also a place I am willing to come again and again.
