We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The ecology of Meilin is very good, and it feels very comfortable to live here. Facilities: Complete. You can soak in hot springs ♨️ skiing (but it is not the snow season yet, but you can climb mountains). There is even a children's playground, which is also very considerate of families with children. Service: The staff are warm and considerate. When staying in the hotel in autumn and winter, they will call to inquire about the approximate arrival time and arrange room heating in advance. Good reviews 🥰 If you lack any daily supplies, you can also ask the staff for help. I like the staff here very much. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. The room aunt cleaned the room very clean, and the problems reported to the staff can be solved in time. Environment: Haha! Need I say more! What I like most is the environment here. It should be a non-smoking hotel with a special smoking area, green water and green mountains outdoors, and outdoor development and bonfire parties. Who understands, the ecology here is really good, the running water is clear, the trees are lush, the small fish fry are strolling in the stream, and occasionally they are taken away by foraging birds. There are circling birds in the sky, and occasionally they land on the plank road.

You can stay in the hotel for two days, rowing, feeding ducks, and taking hot springs. There are many activities. Service: You can also taste the chicken they raise themselves, which is great! We grabbed the tail end of summer vacation and picked a weekday to bring our kids for vacation. Our family booked 2 different rooms, Half Mountain Hot Spring and Cliff Residence. In fact, they are the difference between the bottom of the mountain and the top of the mountain. The rooms are very large and clean. The minibar in the room is free, with potato chips, cola, Wang Laoji and beer. The set meal comes with a mountaintop coffee voucher, which is very affordable. 2 coupons are 60 yuan. We ordered French fries, popcorn chicken, coffee, etc. In the end, we only had to pay more than 40 yuan. Moreover, the French fries and popcorn chicken are freshly fried, extremely delicious, and the portion is also very large. There are also performances by Filipino singers in the cafe, which is quite cozy. The whole resort is really good, with good scenery and good service. There are shuttle buses to go everywhere, and they are available 24 hours a day, on call. Every clerk greets you warmly and politely when they see you. The hotel has a children's playground, KTV, playing cards, billiards, game consoles, and many entertainment activities. You won't be bored at all. You can also go to the open-air hot spring to bathe in the evening. In summer, you can swim in the mountaintop swimming pool. It is really conscientious. Buying a swimming cap is only 20 yuan, and you don't have to go out for a 2-day vacation. I had a great time at the hotel. I really liked it and will come again next time.

The hotel butler customer service called the night before to communicate the details. After asking for the mobile phone number, the butler Elmo added WeChat and sent very detailed information. After navigating to the North Lane parking lot, the journey was smooth. Because the ski tickets were for 2 adults, I had to pay for the ticket with a child (it is recommended to pay for 2 adults and 1 child next time, including breakfast). After scanning the face for the ticket, it was smooth all the way. The hotel car was sent to the cableway, the VIP channel entered the cableway cable car, and the battery car was sent to the hotel after getting off. We arrived at 2 o'clock. Because we checked in at 3 o'clock, the butler Elmo asked the room to be cleaned urgently. We checked in at about 2:30 and helped us upgrade to the snow view two-child family room for free. The room is clean, the floor heating is comfortable, and the intelligence is very high. Butler Elmo has been actively communicating and solving problems. The lady at the restaurant bar is very nice. She communicated with the next table to move the sofa to the gentleman who was standing to eat French fries. She sent a lot of ketchup and prepared to pack French fries for us. The ski coach is very friendly. The lady helped to take a video for my son, and the brother helped to carry the backpack. They all felt very friendly and had a strong sense of service. The electric car driver answered the questions with a smile, which made me feel comfortable. Then there are some minor flaws: 1. The food prices on the street are not cheap (three people spent 150 on vermicelli soup and soup dumplings, probably at the top of the mountain and during the Spring Festival) 2. There are very few choices for food after 8 pm, because the cableway stops operating at 9 pm. 3. The hotel has poor sound insulation, and 2 pairs of earplugs are provided. People with poor sleep can consider staying at the foot of the mountain. 4. The bathtub water storage function is not good, and the bathing experience is poor (just call for maintenance, it was too late and we didn't call) 5. There is no door, partition or curtain between the bathroom and the living room, so those with children should pay attention 6. The shower head in the bathroom is not designed properly, it is not fixed in the middle and the angle is upward, and the switch between the shower head and the nozzle cannot be pulled (I didn't consult the guest room or the front desk, maybe it can be solved) 7. The breakfast place is small, and you need to share a table or wait for a seat. 8. I didn’t see the star-studded rooftop I had been dreaming about (because it is not open in winter) I feel the software is better than the hardware. It was a surprise to have floor heating on the top of the mountain (no humidifier, only dehumidifier). Anji is simple, warm and friendly.

The room is clean and tidy. The air conditioning and heating are sufficient. The facilities are complete. The environment is elegant and quiet. It is suitable for vacation and leisure. The hot spring water is clean and the water temperature is suitable. It is very comfortable to soak in. The hotel service is also very thoughtful and meticulous. The whole homestay makes me feel at home. I will stay here again when I come to Anji next time.

There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, more than 500 meters away from Katie Road, and they can also deliver takeout. I recommend a good dish field that tastes good. The hotel waiter was very good. First, he actively upgraded us to a better room type, and then said that there were two breakfasts, but the baby was also made free. Very awesome. The room is very large, very comfortable to live in, and the hygiene is also very clean. Our family is prone to allergies, and there is no discomfort during this stay. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, noodles, bamboo shoots, and egg pudding are all delicious. The hotel itself also has many recreational facilities, such as children's ball pool, cinema, game consoles, etc.

I am satisfied with my stay at Ding ShangYi hotel. The most important is that i felt very comfortable while being on an escape to relax myself in this hotel. The staffs provides easy & professional service, feeling being well looked after in this property. Upon check-in, i could refresh myself with unlimited complimentary two types of iced tea and cookies, surely most hotels doesn't provide this. I slept peacefully day as well as night as the environment is always very quiet inside and around the hotel. I love the bed coz it's specially comfortable. I had my dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, it was all a few seafood dishes, i must say that the Chef truly emphasizes on quality and visual/presentation. After dinner my 4 friends and i went for karaoke which is right next to the hotel, very convenient indeed. I came across Mr. Avi, the lobby manager, we chatted for a while, he told me that he has been serving in this hotel for the past 8 years. Wow! I've been to quite a few hotel in China, surely never came across a foreigner working for so long in a hotel. This guy speaks 6 different languages, including Chinese mandarin. I'll surely recommend this hotel to my friends who'll want to travel to Anji.
