Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

The hotel is in a very good location in the mountains, the surrounding facilities need to be strengthened, the waiter awareness is great, like Xiao Cao, I hope the hotel will get better and better! It happened to be very unfortunate that it was rainy. I could temporarily modify the order. It was almost a minute drive from the attractions. It is recommended to come and play. It is more convenient to choose self-driving! !

位置: 開車直達非常便捷，既能遠離城市喧囂獨處僻靜之地，又不是那種蜿蜒曲折難找的深山老林，非常好找，停車位充足還有充電樁，解決了我大問題，贊贊贊！ 環境: 竹林和茶山伴着嶄新的現代建築層疊環繞，陣陣悠風莎莎作響還飄來陣陣茶香，在咖啡廳恣意閑坐一下午拍拍照，或者在泳池遊游泳，真心安逸，非常出片！ 服務: 因為是新開的酒店各方面的設施和環境都非常的新，路過的服務人員都會和客人問好，非常熱情，但作為i人的我多少有些躲着🤣。辦完入住管家會有接駁車把行李和人都帶到房間，這個簡直太方便了，反正裏面吃喝玩樂基本都有，安安逸逸的享受一下度假生活是足夠了。餐廳好像要提前預訂備菜，這樣能確保食材新鮮，因為他們總房間亮好像不多。 總之非常滿意的一次度假旅行🥰就喜歡住新酒店🏨，等下次有空還會來😏多喊幾個朋友一起搓搓麻將也挺好。對了，特別誇讚一下前台幾個漂亮的小姐姐，服務非常專業！
