又一次來到YAZA野在山川酒店，徜徉在山川竹林小溪中，這座被羣山環繞的野奢祕境酒店讓人迷戀！清晨在竹濤聲中醒來，推開落地窗，濕潤的山風裹挾着竹林氣息湧入房間，空氣像被山泉洗過一樣，帶着露水的清冽和草木的微甜，涼絲絲的滑進肺裏，此刻才真正懂得何為“隱於野”的治癒！

服務人員態度很熱情，外賣可以送到房間，早餐非常好吃（香辣米粉一個人可以吃兩三碗），環境非常漂亮，一秒入世外桃源的感覺，絕美，整個酒店是小而精緻，即便是在雨中漫步也非常好，非常適合weekend getaway，強烈推薦

整體服務沒得説～住宿環境是我下次下下次依舊會去的～適合去休息躺平散心～梅雨季的天氣也是別有一番滋味～可以嘗試不同的房型體驗一番 也有不足的地方早飯確實一般般 這是老話題住過的基本上都明白。但是環境 風景都可以覆蓋掉的不足看個人需求。我下次下下次依舊會去～周邊開車15分鐘吃喝都有。

有史以來住過最差的酒店！沒有之一！
除了環境不錯之外、其他都一無是處、我來一一列舉：
1、高温天氣小童樂園空調不開、來了兩個工作人員換了兩個遙控器都打不開空調、孩子玩了40分鐘還沒打開、衹能走了
2、房間沙發上到處堵是污漬（我會附上照片）
3、管家説房間有傘、實際上沒有傘
4、接駁車每次都要等很久
5、做精油蠟燭的老師一點安全意識都沒有、滾燙的杯子拿過來也不和小朋友説一下杯子下面不能摸、讓2歲半的寶寶去攪拌、寶寶直接捏住杯子被燙到！
6、嬰兒床七倒八歪、質量堪憂、牀板硬的像石頭、凌晨2點多醒來吵着要回去
7、整個酒店的嚴重缺乏管理、工作效率慢、工作人員衹有態度沒有經驗
8、晚餐時上菜速度慢、最後吃完了甜品也沒上、我們2個大人1個寶寶、給了我們2碗米飯、結賬的時候算我們3碗米飯、甜品也算進去、我老公看到了才扣掉的
9、一開始給我們的兩張房卡都是刷不開門的

入住前是忐忑的，入住後太太太滿意了。
管家貼心，提前裝床圍，提前開空調。
餐廳雖然有些貴，但是吃的出來新鮮，小炒肉很好吃。小哥調的無酒精飲料也好喝。
我們是親子出遊，住了一天很舒服，做做手工，玩玩遊樂場，酒店散散步，很愜意。
酒店離瀑布咖啡和湖畔咖啡很近，推薦入住。

風景：風景真的好美好治癒，酒店位於大片的竹林山脈之間，滿眼的綠色和藍色的天空交匯，太美了。
服務：服務很不錯，第一天帶我們入住的小姐姐介紹了很多房間，帶我們看房選房，選到了滿意的房間。接駁車也是很迅速，需要就到了。
體驗：整體體驗感很不錯。另外酒店的旅拍服務也很不錯，攝影師阿斌老師很細心耐心，推薦！

來安吉山裡散心，入住體驗超棒！特別要表揚活動專員小薛，她帶領的手工活動太有趣了，讓我們親身體驗了非遺手作的魅力，收穫滿滿。小薛還熱情介紹了酒店各處環境，服務非常貼心。酒店本身環境也很優美，在梅雨季遇上好天氣沒下雨，真是幸運又愜意！是一次非常滿意的度假體驗。
