非常棒，管家有求必應，給升級了別墅房間，送我們到房間裏面，主動問要不要再送份歡迎水果，也發送了樂園介紹以及必看項目，夜晚三大項目確實很精彩，太值了

本來路過湖州聽説安吉很好就隨機訂了一家酒店，結果出乎意料的好，房間很大 雙床是1.5米的，安排了零食點心 還送了水果。酒店環境漂亮 安靜 特別的安排了管家，需要什麼服務跟管家説一聲就行，我那天去安排的管家叫朱華濤 人很好 很熱情他推薦的餐廳確實很好吃沒有踩坑。

每年都會帶孩子來安吉遊玩，這次選擇了開元加勒比度假酒店非常明智！入住前一天管家朱華濤就聯繫添加了微信，詳細介紹了樂園遊玩設施和攻略，到達酒店前提前在前台迎接，幫忙拿行李背書包哈哈，到了房間孩子們提出想拼床管家立即熱心幫忙。酒店房間非常寬敞，陽台外面是一片視野寬闊的果園，比鄰大山，天然的氧吧。吧枱小零食和飲料免費且可以續，充分考慮到帶娃家庭的需求！這次時間有限，下次還會選擇加勒比，挑戰一下樂園裡的叢林穿越最高級！
