這次來安吉悦榕莊給小朋友生日，剛好週末和節假日，在安吉渡過一次愉快旅行，管家Ida服務很好，很熱情，幫小朋友準備了生日蛋糕，真的很好，特別感謝，還幫忙訂了泰餐廳，泰餐廳味道很不錯，酒店環境非常不錯，衞生乾淨，設施設備可以。下次再來！

入住安吉悦榕莊的體驗超棒！酒店坐擁湖光山色，空氣清新，彷彿置身世外桃源。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，窗外景色如詩如畫，讓人瞬間放鬆身心。尤其要誇誇管家Ida，服務細緻入微又恰到好處。從入住時幫忙規劃行程、推薦特色美食和遊玩路線，到每天貼心詢問需求，還特意送來時令水果。得知我需要購買伴手禮，非常耐心的幫忙推薦，這次入住體驗滿分，下次一定還來！

感謝管家Ida這兩天的貼心照顧，錯個峯，前來安吉這邊度假，在住有什麼問題，管家都第一時間幫忙解決，服務也很貼心，我會推薦一些吃的玩的的，很省心，酒店活動豐富，早餐好吃，手工餅、幹挑麪、肉夾饃等，如果有機會的話，下次再來玩酒店，還有很多項目沒有體驗。

入住酒店前一天打電話問了在房態允許的情況下能否升房，非常幸運的給我們升到了湖景套房，這點非常滿意
專屬管家lda chen提前➕vx聯繫，門口有接待人員幫忙拿行李引領辦理入住，接待人員在指引去房間路過的地方都會介紹
預約了免費五張旅拍照片，全程拍了一個小時左右，帶我去了酒店各個地方都拍了一組，會指引動作，態度很好，但最後的成品很糟糕，上百張照片幾乎選不出滿意的（可能是拍攝風格和我不搭？，最後硬選了五張差強人意的，感覺浪費了一個小時，酒店的公區很美，早知道讓朋友幫我拍照了[流淚]

這次打卡悦榕莊，體驗真的好壞參半！先説亮點，服務態度無可挑剔，從入住到離店全程貼心周到，確實讓人感受到高端酒店的細緻。本以為配套設施也會同樣出色，沒想到硬件略顯陳舊，部分設備使用起來不夠順暢，多少有些減分。
酒店贈送的旅拍服務本是一大驚喜，結果卻狀況頻出。化粧環節堪稱“踩雷”，化粧師手法不夠嫻熟，上粧效果差強人意，而且化粧品色號不全、品類也不齊全，連基本的遮瑕都無法滿足。我和我姐妹都掃興了，拍照小哥還行 很敬業 但是時間觀念不太好 給出的“人太多忙不過來”調整了一下我的時間，實在難以讓人信服，好心情瞬間被消磨大半。衹能説期待越高，落差越大，希望後續能有所改進吧！
