因颱風 臨時改變了行程訂了悦榕莊。來回高鐵站有點累了，到了酒店，前台小夥Vic快速清晰地講解辦理CHECKIN，體驗特別好。管家IDA的服務也是耐心細緻。晚上十點想用牙線，她馬上很貼心地找服務員送來，並且在每個時間點都告知相關的酒店活動等。特別舒服。
前些年也來過這家，硬件難免會有折損，但是軟件服務真的特別好。酒店活動也很多。總之滿分推薦。
