酒店配套很完善，各種運動設施及場所，成人小孩都可以玩，非常適合親子旅遊，剛確認好房間酒店管家rex就加了微信，每天都會定期發酒店各個時間的活動明細，有需要的時候微信聯繫也非常方便。娃也非常喜歡玩的不想回家了。

非週末去的，服務很好，完全不像網上説的舊了服務差了。Rex給升級了房型，還贈送了迷你吧。給小朋友買了一價全包，G.O都很好很照顧小朋友。大人的很多活動也給送了券。

第一次選擇安吉度假村，酒店環境很好，很多竹子和樹木覆蓋，像個天然氧吧，套房可以乘坐電瓶車前往，雖然入住出現點小插曲，Frankie小周很快幫我們解決了，服務非常滿意，也選擇續住一晚，很棒的一次入住體驗，有機會準備試試不同的度假村！

環境不錯，房型也OK，停車場離酒店大堂太遠，要坐接駁車，非常不方便，早餐中規中矩，娛樂活動不夠豐富，很多活動限制太死，以前在其他酒店玩過的項目這邊就死活不讓玩，卡年齡，然後就是很多娛樂活動的收費價格都不便宜。客户經理Frankie服務很周到，很耐心點名表揚👍

Rex提前一天聯繫了我們，並幫忙升房到豪華房，入住期間有問必答，很貼心哦。酒店環境沒得説，玩樂設施很豐富，都想在採茶季再來住了。孩子長者玩得都很滿意，遺憾的是時不時下雨，沒去體驗水上運動。

安吉地中海度假村是寵物友好酒店，帶狗狗的朋友可以放心沖啦，寵物套還有狗狗的用品，園區很大還可以和寵物玩耍，整個在店期間小F也是全程跟進，服務很貼心，準備再回來體驗！
