This hotel stay experience really raised my expectations for hotel services! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm of the staff. From the check-in at the front desk to the luggage handling, everything was arranged in an orderly manner.
During the time I stayed with my baby, my child was very happy. The hotel has a variety of parent-child activities, from handicrafts to parent-child games, each of which is full of fun, allowing children to have fun and saving us parents worry and effort. You can enjoy a super pleasant parent-child time without leaving the hotel.
I especially want to praise our housekeeper RAINA, who is attentive and considerate in service and responsive. Whether it is the child's problem or the items we need temporarily, the housekeeper can respond and solve it quickly, making our stay experience extremely comfortable. I really strongly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity in the future!
