The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the Bamboo Expo Park and is very convenient for self-driving. The room is actually not big, but the layout is unique and makes it very spacious for activities. The hotel facilities are good and easy to use. The breakfast is not very rich in variety, but it is okay to be full. The front desk service needs to be improved. When I arrived at the store, there was no greeter and no one to help with luggage.

The front desk upgraded the room with complete facilities and intelligent equipment. The hotel has a good environment and the staff has a very good service attitude. They greet you warmly when you meet them. If you have the opportunity, you will visit again.

The room cost 1200, but the experience felt like two or three hundred... It definitely doesn't fit the bill of a luxury hotel... 1. The check-in desk clerk didn't seem particularly knowledgeable... They didn't explain anything important or explain the hotel's amenities. But they were quite friendly. 2. Considering the new renovations and the fact that we were traveling with children, I saw online that they offered air conditioners. I asked for one during check-in, but was told they were out. 3. The room definitely smelled of renovation materials upon entering... And for 1200, it was incredibly small, incredibly cramped. 4. I didn't experience any smart features... It was just that Xiaodu suddenly responded to my child's conversation in the middle of the night... It was pretty scary 😅 My phone screen mirroring didn't work either. I called room service to help me with the login process, but it worked for a while, then stopped working again. I didn't bother asking anymore. The smart toilet wasn't very responsive either... It took a while for it to flush 😅😅 5. There was tape on the wall... 6. The bathroom only had one trash can next to the toilet... There wasn't even a trash can at the sink. There were no children's toiletries, only two adult ones. The sliding shower door wasn't convenient for placing a foot mat. The entire bathroom was slippery, and the child nearly fell... 7. We went to the amusement park and pool, but the amusement park was incredibly small, and the air conditioning was set very low. Maybe because I was wearing shorts, my knees ached from the cold, and I was standing by the entrance waiting for my child. It was still very cold. The staff stayed in a small room inside and wouldn't come out. The amusement park was probably messy because it was nighttime, with toys scattered all over the floor and water splashing everywhere. I saw the pool, which seemed quite large, but I didn't get to play because it closed at 8 PM. 😂 I walked in on my own after closing, and no one bothered me. 8. The room soundproofing was very poor. The running water was loud in the middle of the night! I could also hear people talking in the next room... 9. The restaurant is small, with a limited selection, and the food is average. The staff were also rude. They came to collect plates before we finished eating, without asking if they wanted them. They just grabbed plates from people who were still sitting.
