酒店環境很好，是一幢幢建築，房間安靜，自帶院子，旁邊是濕地生態系統，還有環境很美的咖啡廳，酒店本身就是一個可拍出美美照片的地方，離靈峯寺開車10分鐘路程

酒店非常新，剛好開業一年。環境一級棒，濕地公園讓我們驚喜，造景既有野趣，又非常精緻！讓人驚喜！餐廳口味也不錯，服務到位，此行物超所值！如果有機會，還會入住！

酒店遠離城市，背靠大山，給人有點小隱居山林的錯覺，酒店設計和環境感覺是花了點心思的，但可能目前建設還沒到完全狀態，酒店停車場地面沒有固化，周邊道路還是施工中，酒店內部綠植的維護還沒有及時到位，客服人員態度是很好，但感覺還是需要多培訓下，最好有主動意識，房間內部因是挑高設計，有兩層，但上下樓梯坡度太陡了，對客人來説有點不太友好，還有安全隱患。還有就是淋浴區衹有三分之一的玻璃作為隔斷，這點設計可能實際使用中就不太好了，洗澡時會有大量水外溢。對了酒店的早餐可能與酒店標註的標準有差異，當然整體體驗還算可以的，酒店對寵物是友好的，但可能實際操作中還有進一步提高的空間。細節還需進一步打磨一下。

退房的時候，掉了一件衣服在酒店。再打電話去問，就沒有了……問保潔沒看到，問客服也沒用。如果有顧客丟了東西，難道不是第一時間反饋給顧客嗎？顧客發現，再去問，就是沒有，那衹有一種可能，給扔了或者……所以在這個酒店，走時要再三檢查，千萬不要丟東西。
