之前出差在這個酒店住過三四次，都挺滿意的，但是這次我真的感受太差了。
今天晚上最低温度零上5度，我晚上回到酒店，空調設定26度，吹了兩個小時，室內温度一直顯示22度，但是我感覺衹有10度，凍得要死。
打電話問前台是不是空調壞了
前台説因為今天多數顧客跟他們反映熱，所以他們將空調從吹熱風變成了吹冷風
我説那你們在哪裡公示了嗎？通知所有顧客了嗎？
前台説沒有，因為有顧客反應，所以我們考慮到顧客感受，從熱風調整到冷風。
我説那你們有根據室外温度，或者根據顧客反饋，調整室內空調吹冷風還是熱風的文件規定嗎？
前台説沒有，顧客反饋了熱，我們就調了冷風。
我説那我現在反饋空調冷，請調回熱風

我説如果酒店堅持是空調冷風的話，那我現在完全受不了這個居住環境，我也不想換酒店，請給我協調一台暖風機來，我不開空調了；否則我現在就打12315投訴，我本來就感冒，明天加重了我要去醫院，請你們承擔我的醫葯費。

然後過十分鐘才説領導同意換熱風了，讓我等半小時
然後再過了十分鐘，有服務人員敲門給我送了個暖氣片，我問那我晚上還能開空調嗎？
服務人員説我衹是個服務人員，我不知道。
我説那你們晚上會調回熱風嗎？
服務人員説我衹是個服務人員，我不知道。
好吧，我理解是他們還是堅持冷風，晚上開不了空調了。
反正以後是絕對不會住了，這折騰的
要是大半夜有顧客反饋熱，換成冷風，那我開着空調凍病了，估計還以為自己體質不好，陽了，哪怪得到酒店呢
