The location of the hotel is good, and it is convenient to eat nearby. I booked a single room and it was a bit crowded, which is understandable. But when I lifted the quilt, I saw two extremely long strands of Southern French hair under the quilt, which made me instantly feel sick. I called the front desk and a guy came up and took a look. He said that the cleaning staff was not attentive and pinched the hair away. Without any indication, even if you change a room for me or give me a breakfast coupon, I won’t care. Really disappointed, I will never stay there again! Also, the sewer in the bathroom is not smooth. After taking a shower for a few minutes, the floor of a room is full of water! So angry!

The young lady at the front desk speaks very well. Due to work reasons, she needs to check out early. She also helps to postpone the check-out until 2 o'clock. The tone is also very good.
