房間非常的小，但麻雀雖小五臟俱全，離海邊10分鐘步行，衞生打掃的很乾凈很整潔。

Bien général. simplement hôtel accueillant des entreprises pour des réunions et l espace café pour leurs pauses se situe en dessous des chambres et les gens parlent fort. Le matin c est un peu dérangeant si on veut faire la grasse matinée

Séjour parfait !! chambre agréable et propre cependant nous avions demandé une vue sur l océan, nous avons eu un horizon minuscule de l océan, vraiment déçu de la vue!! Nous avons profité du lagon durant tout notre séjour, un régal, des moments de détente dans une eau chauffée comme il faut, le spa est très propre et bien entretenu.. Nous étions en demie pension, le petit déjeuner est copieux et très savoureux quand au restaurant une pure merveille, des plats équilibré et excellent.. et pour finir, un personnel très professionnel et agréable En résumé ..nous avons été très heureux de séjourner dans cet établissement ..merci À tous

Normally I do not complain about hotels (traveling 180-200 days a year), but this was really unpleasant experience regarding prices. Hotel was OK, I took the backside room (no sea side) since it was one night, but it looked very attractive with very nice swimming pool but the price was about 220 Euro which was high. However, I wanted to see this surfing area, anyway. I reserved it about 3 weeks before my stay. Just before my arrival, I checked the price and the same room was less than 50% of the one I paid. This is really annoying because you normally experience the other way in other places. That time, it was of course not possible to cancel my stay - already passed the deadline (nice trick). After checking in, it turned out that even this nice swimming pool on hotel adverts is extra paid. At the end it was a simple room for over 220 E which was absolutely not worth. This was a part of my longer trip with many stays in different places, where me and my wife had a good time, but this stay spoiled the trip a bit. Of course the hotel has a right to do it but it is a very strange price politics. I will definitely not come back there.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly with varying amounts of English (we were trying to speak French so managed fine). 5 minute walk to lovely beaches, few restaurants close by. Long walk to biarritz or supermarket. good breakfast which was 15€ per person for us as our stay didn’t include breakfast.

Chambres correctes sans plus (pour le 3 étoiles), petit déjeuner OK. La demi pension est à éviter, menu restaurant décevant pour 30 euros (Bayonne est juste à côté et le midi on mange moins cher dans un étoilé !). l'espace aquatique est vieillissant, bruyant et les enfants autorisés. Bien dommange pour le calme en thalasso ! Les soins sont par contre très biens.
