A great couples hotel… the whole castle overlooking the lake is dreamy. Pool and deck are made to relax. Service is pretty much aligned with a relais & chateaux pedigree. Dinner was not at the level of the menu’s description neither with the price. I would not go there just for that…. Breakfast on the other hand was very good.

Nous avons vécu un séjour absolument remarquable dans cet hôtel, une parenthèse de sérénité, de confort et d’attentions délicates. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons senti que nous étions dans un lieu à part. L’hôtel est superbe, décoré avec goût, impeccablement entretenu, et idéalement situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, calmes et très confortables, parfaites pour se détendre après une journée de découvertes. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, est un vrai plaisir : généreux, varié, avec des produits frais et savoureux, dans un cadre apaisant. ✨ Mais la véritable richesse de cet établissement, c’est son personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme irréprochable, d’une gentillesse sincère et d’une attention de chaque instant. Que ce soit à la réception, au service en chambre, au restaurant ou pour les conseils sur les environs, nous avons été accueillis comme des invités de marque, avec chaleur, respect et générosité. Leur bienveillance et leur passion du métier transparaissent à chaque échange – c’est ce qui rend ce lieu si unique. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables, non seulement du lieu, mais surtout des personnes qui y travaillent et qui font toute la différence. Quelle déception. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous séjournons dans cet établissement et le dernier séjour marque la fin. Le personnel ne prend pas en considération nos problèmes, la literie avec des traces et le mange pas fait bref cela n est pas digne d un relais châteaux 5etoiles !!!

Nous venions régulièrement au brunch du dimanche, toujours très satisfait par ce buffet et ce service très appréciable. Nous en avons même fait beaucoup de pub auprès de nos amies. Cependant lors de notre dernière venu nous avons été surpris et un peu déçus par le buffet .. en effet tout l’espace chocolaterie fermé .. nous découvrons une salle non habituel mais qui est loin de compenser le large choix habituel du buffet salé. Et pour les dessert rien à voir .. environ 3 fois moins de choix de dessert.. À 75€ le brunch on se dit qu’ils vont remettre les desserts qui ont été finit et bien non au moment du dessert plus d’ananas.. à part c’est quelques désagréments le buffet reste toujours bon avec toujours les incontournables présent .. (foie gras .. fruit de mer, charcuterie, fromage..) Nous espérons que vous prendrez note du désagrément. Cordialement.

Brunch à 75 euros avec une coupe de champagne et café inclus. Le cadre est très agréable et reposant. Le personnel est professionnel et aimable. La présentation des buffets est superbe. Un petit effort serait bienvenu côté dessert, tant sur la diversité que sur la qualité. Ce fut un très bon moment.
