Good day. I entered the reservation date incorrectly because my flight to Seville is in September 2025. I would like to have the reservation date adjusted to September 20-21, 2025. I agree to pay any price difference. I chose the wrong reservation date. Therefore, I would like the date changed to September 20-21, 2025. Thank you for your help.
Despite sending numerous emails, we were treated unfairly by the hotel. They unfairly charged me even though we didn't stay there. We expressed our concerns both by phone and email, but the hotel staff and receptionists were completely unresponsive. This is completely unbecoming of such a hotel. I deeply regret choosing you. I do not forgive you for unfairly charging me even though I received no service from you. I will write and explain this practice in every possible way.

酒店前台熱心，房間提供拖鞋、牙刷等一次性用品（一路上大部分酒店都不提供），地理位置好，步行到各大著名景點20分鐘內，樓下就有超市，也有很多餐廳。 需要洗衣可步行到7分鐘左右路程的洗衣店。停車場屬於酒店內地下車庫，進去車庫的通道有點窄，需要小心謹慎，但酒店前台工作人員會幫助指揮引導，有驚無險，18.5歐相對外面32歐的停車費便宜了不少。離店時驚喜發現酒店還幫忙清理了汽車的前擋風玻璃，大讚👍推薦入住

Nice room with reasonable price. Just mind that the hotel is on the other side of the river where all the tourist attractions are, but Plaza De Espana and the park is walkable and the bus is also offer good range of options.

Very comfortable hotel, in a great location, 15-20 minutes walk to the monuments, friendly staff, speaks a little French. A good breakfast, and most importantly, the mattress is super super comfortable!!! I highly recommend this hotel if you pass by Seville
