The Dimond Center Hotel was a fine hotel. It was clean, comfy, and has a great location. The free airport shuttle is also very nice.

Overall a good hotel, a solid four stars. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were fine, room was fine. Did not use the tub, looked a bit run down, shower was fine though. The included breakfast was adequate, appreciated the all-day coffee and tea. Word to the wise, there is no AC in this hotel so visiting when it's warmer out it was difficult. Luckily the windows open fully and they were able to provide a box fan which helped. Proximity to Walmart and Mall was very convenient. Nice sitting area in the courtyard. Rooms were clean. Overall would definitely recommend as a solid choice in Anchorage.

Cordero was very helpful with our say directing us in the right direction for a great review with this hotel in the diamond location here in Anchorage, the cleanliness of the surroundings looked very well put together and he did a fine job with the upkeep with this location, I hope we have the pleasure staying with this establishment again in the future.

We booked this out-of-the-way hotel based on the good reviews. Choosing not to stay in Midtown nor Downtown this hotel is somewhat out of the way. That said it’s easy enough to get to by Uber or cab. We are glad we made the choice. The hotel is immaculate. The lobby sleek. Our room with a king-size bed was spacious, well appointed, and the bathroom large. The tub was so big you could almost swim in it. The bed was comfortable. The pillows soft. The blankets plush. We did laundry on site. The machines were excellent and the laundry room crystal clean. What makes us hotel even more special is the employees and the management. All who work there are pleasant and helpful. The night we arrived a large jumbo jet of passengers had unexpectedly had to land in Anchorage. Somewhere around 80 people showed up at the hotel in a parade of shuttle vans. It was late - after 9:00. At the front desk stood a lone employee, Randy Johnson. With promptness and politeness, we watched him handle the overflow crowd. We arrived somewhere between the first bus load of stranded passengers and the last three.He processed each guest with a smile and with professionalism. Even as the line grew, he remained composed and pleasant. This is the kind of employee that every hotel should have. This unquestionably the best hotel in Anchorage.

Very adequate accommodations. Large room, quiet, great room darkening shades, plenty of hot water, good breakfast options. Next door to Walmart and a mall. Also has free shuttle to airport and downtown. Would not hesitate to stay here again and good value for Anchorage.

Great hotel in amazing Anchorage! The hotel is super clean with every convenience available including free parking and complimentary breakfast. Rooms are spacious and quiet with super-comfortable beds and effective blinds. Staff are helpful and professional. Rates are very good value. Location is perfect.

I always stay here because the rooms are nice and clean. Location is the best as walmart and dimond mall is just a few steps away. If there's anything that they can improve i guess if they can add food to the breakfast like fruits but other than tha5 everythingelse is superb.

Clean hotel. Great location for a quick stop over before or after a cruise. They provided a rollaway bed on request. Our double queen room was large and even had a bathtub separate from shower. Breakfast was good and shuttle to airport was quick and easy.
