The size of the room is just right, and the hygiene is OK. The room I was given was on the side of the first floor. It was probably a promotional room, because I only stayed for one night. There is a river behind the hotel, and you can go fishing along the river. It’s also very meaningful to walk around both sides of the Taiwan Strait to see the local fishing culture. It’s a little more inconvenient to walk uphill for about 20 minutes from the city center, but it’s very close to the train station, and the hotel has a free pick-up service. This service is really good. , one of the reasons why I booked this hotel

The hotel is located too close to the train tracks. Constant train whistles throughout the night woke us up again and again. The breakfast was so so. The hotel is in need of refurbishment. Front desk staff were very nice and the beds were comfortable.

We recently stayed in your Anchorage Alaska location. It was a terrible experience. There was no furniture in the room to sit on or set our luggage on, there was no hair dryer in the room, there was mold around the window, there was chipped and peeling paint, there was an electric plug in not secured to the wall, the elevator was filthy, the walls were paper thin and it sounded like the people above us were doing jumping jacks, one of the evening staff was rude and dismissive, we took cabs twice because the shuttle was not reliable. We had plans for sightseeing otherwise we would have tried to find another hotel. I want a partial refund!! Eleanor Hensley

Pick up service great. Clean entry area. Breakfast included. Bed was comfortable. Could not turn down heat. We opened window or turned the window A/C on. Located near train depot.
