Central Location, Private Yard, Modern and Comfy Furnishings, Family Friendly

Very clean, nicely equipped with blankets and all appliances and dishes and toiletries. Unit is old but has been upgraded. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making it comfortable. However, Several lights were burnt out, one stove burner didn’t work, fireplace didn’t work, TVs kept stalling out and were hard to watch, the water from the kitchen faucet barely trickled out, and the garbage disposal was sketchy. The neighborhood is trash. Family next door had several children in nothing but diapers outside screaming all hours of the night, car horns blaring, loud music thumping. Of course that is not in the owners’ control. The unit is on the bottom floor and the noise above is awful. It was a decent enough stay but I think I’m just not a VRBO kind of person after this. If noise doesn’t bother you, it would be a fine place to consider.

Great place to stay in Anchorage This was perfect for our family. We used it as our main hub. Took a day trip to Seward and a two day trip to Denali. Then a few places around Anchorage. The kitchen is set with what you need to make meals. Plenty of plates, cups, pots, pans etc. We were very comfortable and had a great time spending time with family here.

Nieces wedding at Anchorage Zoo, Had a fabulous time visiting our family and sight seeing at Talkeetna, Hatcher’s Pass, Willow Iditarod Museum. Next time Valdez family. Definitely and would recommend staying here again. Thank you

Great property and location We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and was exactly what we were expecting. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable, would definitely stay here again

Cute home This property was very charming with view of the mountains. It was in a not so great neighborhood but we didnt spend much time at the house. It was a perfect location for home base while we explored the beautiful state of Alaska not far from town, shoping or restaurants. The owner was very responsive and offered great suggestions of what to see and where to eat! Overall was a great trip!

Great place! This home was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. We ate several meals in and had all the cookware to do so and there were two grocery stores very nearby. Having a washer and dryer helped us to pack lighter and still have everything we needed each day on our adventures. The home was exactly as described. Communication with the host was great and entry was easy. I was very pleased with our stay and would gladly stay there again anytime.
