Отдыхали с 23 июня-1 июля 2022 года. За несколько дней до приезда возник вопрос с переоформление брони. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность 🙏сотрудникам Валентины, пошли на встречу, были вежливы, терпеливы и профессиональны. Сам отель небольшой, находится в самом центре Анапы. Большой плюс собственный пляж⛱ с бассейном. Время в пути не более 10 мин. Неплохое кардио после завтрака. Были приятно удивлены ежедневной сменой белья. Дополнительно к уборке каждый вечер горничная выносила мусор, меняла полотенца. Отдельно хочется выделить ресторан. Еда всегда очень вкусная и разнообразная, на самом высшем уровне👍. Так как мы были с маленьким ребёнком нам не хватало детского уголка. Наша оценка твёрдая пятерка! 🖐

Хорошее,вкусное,качественное питание .Приветливый персонал.Приятная атмосфера.Территории у отеля нет,он находится в центре города.Чуть устаревший.Бассейн далековато.давали купоны в аквапарк Трехразовое питание без алкоголя.

отдыхаем тут уже не первый год сегодя 30/07/24 приехали для проживания до 7/08. меня до слез довел охранник при оформлении карточки на машиноместо. пафосом и надменностью. Я лишь попросила дать парковку поближе к отелю (знаю что их несколько). На что он мне ответил : ты что туда сто раз ходить будешь? это ужасно для отеля имеющего 5* хотели сьехать, но день в день найти в сезон что то приличное нереально. отпуск очень омрачен. так же хочу заметить что конфиктную ситуацию никто из сотрудников отеля разрешить даже не пытался

Добрый день. Отдыхали в отеле в августе 2023г. Изначально ехали в Анапу с предубеждением, что город провинциальный и быстро надоест, но в условиях санкций выбор ограничен, поэтому выбрали курорт по принципу места, где ещё не были. Отдых понравился с первого дня, и это целиком и полностью заслуга отеля. Что понравилось: первое и самое главное - это гостеприимство и радушие персонала отеля. Не было моментов, при которых надо было что-то выбивать, просить или требовать. На ресепшн очень располагающие сотрудники: помогают, объясняют, вежливо и деликатно общаются. Горничные тоже очень отзывчивые и заботливые. Полотенца меняли несколько раз в день. Ресторан - это отдельная история. Еда приготовлена всегда вкусно, разнообразие большое. Фрукты были всегда. Еда не заканчивается, можно приходить в любое время в течение указанного, не опасаясь того, что всё вкусное съедено🙂. В стоимость входило посещение охраняемого пляжа на море с лежаками и бассейном. Также входило посещение аквапарка. Кстати, расположение отеля очень удачное, практически на набережной и главной улицей для вечерних прогулок. Рядом детский мир, магазин перекрёсток, магазин местного вина. В общем, неожиданно для нас, но поездка удалась, и если когда-нибудь мы вернёмся, то точно в Валентину.

Всё было просто замечательно. Обслуживание на 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Отдыхали первый раз в марте, потом в мае 2022 с дочкой, затем в июле родители и сестра с дочкой. У нас были завтраки, а летом полный пансион. Сестра говорит, питание бомба, всё очень вкусно! Дают пропуск на Золотую Бухту. Красивейшее место, бассейн. Спасибо всем сотрудникам Валентины😊😊😊.

Добрый день, отель отличный, рекомендую! Только приехали, были в нем 9 дней, так как на весь наш отдых уже не было номеров, вынуждены были переехать в другой отель, о котором даже вспоминать не хочется. Были в разных странах и разного уровня отелях, поэтому сравнить есть с чем. Хочу сказать "спасибо" всему коллективу гранд отеля Валентина за высокий уровень сервиса, за ваши улыбки, терпение и работу с клиентами. На сайте описание и фото соответствует тому, что есть. Вкусная еда, уборка номеров каждый день, смена постельного белья, полотенец в том числе и пляжных, если шампунь, кондиционер, мыло, молочко для тела или гель для тела или зубная щетка с пастой заканчиваются, то сразу добавляют новые бутылочки. Мин. воду 0.5 по 2 шт тоже в номере каждый день оставляли нам. До пляжа и бассейна Золотая бухта идти минут 15, он каменистый, если хочется песка, то 5 мин, но он общественный. Для нас это было плюсом, так как после такого питания, можно было набрать лишнего веса легко+ в тренажёрный зал ходили заниматься. Ещё подарили билеты в аквапарк, мы в нем и раньше уже были не раз, но все равно было приятно. Вопросы, если возникали, то решали на ресепшн мнгновенно.

В отеле все есть для уютного отдыха: номер со всем необходимым, персонал, ресторан при отеле с очень вкусной кухней. Вечером даже не хотелось идти куда-то ужинать, т.к. всегда можно было поужинать в отеле. Когда будем в Анапе, то только сюда ))

Отель явно не 5 звезд. Общение на ресепшн "на отшибись". Никому нет дела до клиента. Плати деньги и катись. Шведского стола нет. Мини бар очень аскетичен. Гель для душа и лосьон очень плохого качества.
