Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim Maingate

If I could give this jenky motel a - star I would. From my arrival to my departure this was the worst experience. When I checked in I was greeted by Alfred wow such a interesting character not nice and I felt like I was being yelled at.. PARKING FEES don't be fooled this is not a hotel it's a MOTEL and they are charging $17.25 per night, there's no parking most nights and if you dont find parking good luck they will offer not even full refund for it. The room was just as you expect hair on the floor old mildew smell and the bath tub was clogged on our very first night. I did mention to front desk but Alfred told me that they didn't have maintenance that night and did not offer any other room. They dont do service everyday and did not get change of towels on my 3rd day as I was told I had to keep asking for some and my clogged tub was fixed till the next day. Breakfast was not as advertised a "hot" breakfast, no eggs, fake coffee, and no flavored creamer to mask the taste. I asked to speak to a manager and everytime I was told he will be there and I did not see them at all during my stay I was not going to waste my time waiting around since me and my family was going to Disneyland. I will not stay here again. Do not waste your money here - you can tell they dont care about their customers!

The reception/front desk staff were accommodating and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. Special mention to Alfred. The room and bed sizes are just right for the three of us for a comfortable rest and good night’s sleep.

Hidden parking fee. They don't clean your room till day 3, so you have to take out the trash and ask for toiletries if you run out. Breakfast is good. Employees are nice. Parking is easy but you do have the hidden parking fee. Overall a 3 stars because of hidden fees and then not cleaning our room till day 3 and running out of supplies.
