Seeing that we are Asians, they randomly arranged a room with an ice machine and elevator at the door. The ice machine is on the left and the elevator is on the right, just one meter away, and there are obviously many empty rooms. It was arranged by the squinting receptionist. I suggest you avoid this receptionist.
And the hotel room is full of flying insects and is super dirty.

The hotel is average! It's old, and the outside hygiene is not good. There is a pile of garbage next to each trash can! The door of one of the two rooms was open when I arrived, and I felt I didn't dare to stay there. The other room was not cleaned at all!

Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

This hotel is generally OK, but the rooms near the road are very noisy. The front desk was not very easy to talk to when checking in, and could not help coordinate the room arrangement.
It is best to confirm the room arrangement when booking on Ctrip.
