I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, thinking it would be convenient as it is close to Disney. I didn't expect the hotel front desk to be a typical bully of Chinese people! Seeing that I booked on Ctrip, they gave me a room in the corner. It was super dark inside, with no windows, and it was dark even in the daytime! And it was stinking, like urine! The TV was also broken. I was sure that no one lived in this room. Even the door card didn't work when I entered the room. It must be an unused room in the corner! Later, I went to the front desk to change the room. When they saw me take out my passport, they immediately changed it for me! I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is definitely the worst experience! Not recommended!!!

If you are planing to go to Disneyland, this hotel is great! Located very near the park only a few mins drive. I decided to spend time until the park close, my friends drove back to the hotel first. I took a shuttle bus to Toy Story parking lot and just walk across the street.
Service vice, no staff to help you unload the luggage from car. Breakfast line is acceptable. No cleaning between your stay but they give you extra towels.
