The hotel was cute, very clean and the service was good, but there were some mishaps, such as the toilet not flushing and the circuit breaker in the room tripping (just because I had the light on and was using a hair dryer).
When I told them I forgot my toothbrush, they brought me one.

The location is excellent, about a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland Park, and a 5 minute walk to California Adventure, which has its own gate. The staff were very friendly and we had a wonderful stay!

The room is beyond imagination and the service efficiency is high. This is more than just a three-star hotel. It is a very modern and new hotel. I have stayed at these three hotels in California. If I choose again, I will definitely stay here again. The lobby is very modern and has a landmark There are lights, there is a monster welcome at 5 o'clock, there is a fire place on the third floor, there is an observation deck where you can watch the fireworks at 9:30, a swimming pool and a water park, and if you choose the premium view window, you can also see the park area. When you open the door, there are signs welcoming you and music to relax you and make the day's journey worth it. It’s very cozy inside and the murals are definitely better in person than in the pictures.

Our family of 4 throughly enjoyed our stay at the Pixar Hotel in Disneyland California. The gentleman, Rex, who checked us was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. He was very friendly and the attention to detail truly made us feel at home. The room was fantastic- modern, spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, and a perfect place to relax after long days in the parks. We also loved the hotel’s facilities. The access to Disney California Adventure park was very convenient and we enjoyed having early access to the park. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful with tips regarding where to dine and instructions on how and when to access the parks. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to return!

Fewer after hours amenities than a motel 6. Absolutely abysmal attention. Orders from down town Disney attempted to give my order away to another "guest". No checking id, or verification. If i hadn't been there in the lobby....and yelling at the scumbag trying to steal my order, it would have been given away with no recourse. Don't stay here if you are looking for anything other than an horrifically overpriced motel 6 Actually, motel 6 has repeatedly provided MUCH greater amenities on more than one occasion.

Our stay was excellent, our room was very clean and updated, nice linens and towels. Everything was of high quality, as expected from the Disney brand. Walking distance was about 15 min from the main gate, A faster entrance to Ca Adventure with some restrictions. Monarail is close by also. Lovely pool area with activities going on at night. Will return again for sure.!!! Sad I had to leave....
