Pretty good

Location was great, rooms are decently sized. Shower over bath. Staff were friendly.

Hotel was a short walk to the entrance to Disneyland and California Adventure. Check in was very quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Parking was additional but not a deal breaker, although other hotels on the block do offer free parking. They do guarantee a spot for each room, so that is helpful. After parking we were contacted by staff to move our truck to a larger spot where it would be safer, very nice touch! The room was clean and easy to access by stairs or elevator. The common space for the room and bathroom were very small, but doable. Keurig type coffeemaker and coffee/tea provided in the room along with a mini fridge and microwave all in working order. Bed and pillows were comfy. I would definitely book again, especially at the rate we got on Trip.

If we’re staying off Disneyland property, this is our go-to spot! Location can’t be beat, accommodations are clean and the staff is so friendly. 💜

Second time that we haven’t been able to check in until 4:45 pm due to the room not being ready. Decades of travel and never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a room ready at the 4 pm check in time so we thought the first time was a fluke. This most recent trip we had reservations at 5 pm that we made the desk staff aware of and they did not offer another room that was ready or anything. We missed our reservations and had to pay a late fee. Even after being told the room wasn’t ready due to staff cleaning it, there was hair and dirt all over the floor and bathroom when we finally got into the room. Won’t be staying here again.

I am convinced anyone rating over a one is a paid rating. The only thing this hotel is good for is sleeping between the hours of 2am and 6am. If you have an adjoining room be prepared to hear every little noise next door. People coming back from the park having fun banging on doors as they run up and down the rows of doors. Front desk is horrible and of no help - in fact they border on being rude. I know **** is legal but I don’t need to smell it all night long, just like I don’t need to smell cigarettes all night long. The only positive I can say is the air conditioning works but other than that this is the loudest and worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They do not care about repeat customers. For reference I was on the bottom floor in a luxury room.

This is my second time staying at this property. The location is amazing, with a 5 min walk to Disney parks. There are good restaurants nearby as well. Rooms are in desperate need of repair. The carpet in our room was loose and bunched up creating a speed bump down the middle of the room. Our child kept tripping over it. The sink drains smelled putrid. The smell crept into the whole room. I had to plug and cover it when not in use. We brought friends with us on this trip who also booked here on our recommendation. They also had smell issues. The lamps in the room have built in outlets, but they are so loose they don’t actually charge anything. It wasn’t pretty disappointing to wake up and find my device didn’t charge at all during the night. The card keys kept deactivating. We had to get them reactivated multiple times during our 3 night stay. The front desk staff said if you go into Disney they sometimes deactivate. Since I imagine that this property’s main clientele is going to Disney, I would think it would be an issue they need to address asap. The pool was clean, stocked with towels, and pool toys. There were plenty of seats. Staff was nice. The lobby has coffee in the morning, popcorn and water in the afternoon. We did not try the hotel restaurant.

Dear Grand Legacy Team, I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for your hotel. I’ve been staying with you since 2010, when I first started bringing my granddaughter to Disneyland. Over the years, as she grew older and moved to Thousand Oaks for high school and now college, I’ve continued to make wonderful memories at Disneyland and at your hotel, now with my younger granddaughter. Your team has always provided a welcoming and comfortable experience, which is why I keep coming back. While I’ve noticed that room rates have gone up, which seems to be the case everywhere these days, I still value the quality of my stays with you. It’s becoming harder for us to stay multiple nights like we used to, but that hasn’t changed our love for your hotel. This place was great - very clean and comfortable, and the beds/pillows were maybe the best I've ever encountered in a hotel. Staff was great and the other hotel guests were, too - the property never felt chaotic, noisy or crowded. That was a really nice surprise. Another unexpected bonus: we met friends who stayed at the $$$$ resort properties and found that our walk to the parks was noticeably shorter than theirs!
