Fantastic location for Diseny theme parks. Just 8min walking distance. But need USD 20 per day for car parking now which is free of charge before.

The price is high, the facilities are so-so, the room hygiene is so-so, the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, the environment is opposite Disneyland, the service is so-so, the breakfast is okay, and there is free parking.

We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of July. Loved the location to DL and WOW is the front desk staff awesome! Friendly and got a quiet room and it was ready at around 2. You can tell they want to make you happy. Room was nice and fine for us. Fridge and coffee maker are a plus. The only thing I can think for them to work on is house keeping. We left from 7am to 1-1:30 every day and came back to a dirty room. I understand they cant clean every room during those hours but it would have been nice. We left at 4 pm again but our room was never cleaned. We called down for towels and they did bring them so that was great. All in all a good stay. We would stay here again and that's the true test.

NO ROOM SAFE! Missing passports! There is only unsecured “safety deposit” boxes at the front check in. We were surprised to find no room safes for our cash and passports. We used the front desks deposit boxes and were given a key and told we would have to sign it out every time we wanted access. At the end of our trip we went to get our passport wallet and our safety deposit boxe was emptied and our wallet was missing. The first receptionist asked the other one suspiciously why she signed it out and they started using white out to remove her signature and asked me to sign over it! After some panic they pulled it out of another box. Which doesn’t make any sense since we held the key and were told it could only be signed out by us. Very worried it was removed in the night and used for identify theft. We spoke to management and they were not willing to do anything. Pros: close location to Disney, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice pool, decent rooms. Will make us think twice about staying at best western again.

Water turned off during our stay. Son had diarrhea and was told they can’t help us but only compensate for one night of parking. Wasn’t helpful or compassionate in situation. Go to a hotel where they don’t have plumbing issues and you don’t need to call for plunger because the toilet won’t flush down 4 squares of toilet paper

Excellent location for Disney. Really enjoyed our time here and would return. A few pros and cons for info, but ultimately, very good. Pros Breakfast Location Fridge Big bed Big TV Parking Clear fees/taxes Good (but loud) air con Laundry room (need quarters) Cons Not sound proofed at all - can hear other rooms/screaming children very clearly Cleaning/maintenance seems to start at 7am

Positives - 1. Very convenient location, right on crosswalk directly across from Disney park entrances. 2. Room and facility were clean enough. 3. Outdoor pool and hot tub available were good enough. 4. Free breakfast included. Quality was good, typical fare eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. 5. Parking available. Negatives - 1. Carpet in room old and stained. 2. Small bathroom and shower-tub combination. Bottom line - if your goal is to visit Disneyland/California Adventure parks, then the outstanding location and quality free breakfast make this a great choice.
