We had reservations for two nights (Jan 5-7) for four adults. Upon arrival, I was told that they overbooked and we did not have a room available there. They gave me a phone number to call to make other arrangements. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with the booking rep, we were offered a two bedroom suite at the Sonesta ES Suites in Anaheim, which was a much nicer property with free breakfast, pool, hot tub, etc. Worldmark knew they were overbooked and should have called/texted/emailed me prior to our arrival so we could have made arrangements sooner. After reading other reviews about similar incidents, I will not book Worldmark again.
