I honestly haven't written a travel review in the 10 years that I have been using Trip but this recent experience at JW Marriott deserves high recognition. Upon arrival to the resort we were greeted by Guest services and checked in promptly with refreshment drink and an overview of the amazing hotel. Then we took a buggy with Astrid around the premises and she gave us a through backstory to the hotel and its motif! She was very knowledgable and informative and answered all of our questions! Then she gave us a tour of our amazing room with beach front access from the patio doorway! It was amazing. The resort was perfect! We spent so much time exploring the different schools and restaurants and really enjoyed All of your restaurants. Then we met Hubert at Tempus Fugit and he was really kind and welcoming! Later into our stay we met Ellie who helped us at every turn and on our last day all three of the staff bid us adeau with wonderful gifts but more importantly the brightened our experience with their kindness and friendly smiles!!! Astrid, Ellie and Hubert really made the trip for us and we will most definitely be staying here on our subsequent visits !!! Thank you for the wonderful time you guys!!!!!

hotel like a museum - every corner offers perfect photo opportunities. The rooms are spacious with great views, and the bathtub was spotless with strong water pressure in the shower.
The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly throughout the property.
The only drawbacks were the lengthy check-in process and shuttle bus wait times. Also, many guests went straight from the beach to the pool, leaving the pool floor covered in sand.

Nice view and location best beach at phu quoc! But the facility is old 😕 while I eat breakfast the chair leg break almost break my ankle.

A nice resort hotel with ample space, beautiful private beach, gardens, fine restaurants, unique architecture and a lots of activities. All packaged under the gimmick of a university.
Sea water is crystal clear, can play kayak, water bicycle or SUP for free.
Pink Pearl (the fine dine restaurant)though a bit expensive, is worth visiting for.

Hotel is excellent, with a beautiful beach and plenty of activities for guest to participate.
Breakfast taste good and a wide of variety of food.
This comment also want to appreciate the service from the front office team and housekeeping team.
We truly thank the service from GRT - Ms. Dora, FDM - Mr. Daniel and concierge - Mr. Duy. All of you contributed a great experience in JW Marriott.
