Don’t be fooled. This is not a 5-star hotel at all. The facilities and service environment are only 3-star. I booked a more expensive executive room, but the hotel arranged a small room. Ctrip said it would charge 29.66€ for the city tax on site, but The front desk charged us 44.38€. There is a heater in the room in the winter. Even if you turn it to 5 intensity, it is still a cold iron stove with no feeling of warmth at all. Even if the windows are locked, wind still comes in. And the front desk I was told that the heater in this room is not working. There is no heating in 5-star hotels. I booked two nights and only stayed for one night because it was too cold. I got up with a cold the next day. The hotel environment is very dirty and leaves are piled up. In the corner, there is a ** smell in the room, which should be leftover from the previous guest.
