Location of property very good. Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness good. Service prompt. Breakfast nice. Only mattress is too spongy. I needed or-tho matress. Ac too cool as central ac. Control not available in rooms. Room locks difficult to open. Need replacement. Otherwise overall good value for money.

Overall the stay was good. Rooms are clean. Service is ok. Staff is courteous. The only problem we faced was lot of noise and loud music at night. Sleep got disturbed. All the main sightseeing attractions like golden temple, durgaprasad mandir and jallianwala bagh are approximately 1. 5 to 2 kms distance.

The hotel is very nice and clean . Best part was the staff. very hospitable... the rooms were clean. the golden temple is just one min walk. very comfortable. very happy with the stay. Try this hotel you will be happy.

Hotel ambience was nice but cleanliness was poor. There were insects crawling around, washbasin was leaking, bed headrest was dirty. Food also was not so great with limited food that could be asked for. Reception staff was helpful. Hotel can make sure that the items available on menu are prepared.

It was a great experience to stay at the hotel, nice clean rooms, healthy environment and the staff was really cooperative. They guided well and were very generous. Nice location near isbt and good-parking space was there. Must recommended for family stay at hotel holiday comfort

The hotel is an average hotel but it stand out due to it's view from the window! it was a great experience to be there. And the staff is really quite good. I had 5. 30 am check and they provided me with an auto at that hour. I was there for three days and they regularly asked me whether you want room to be cleaned or not. So overall it was nice experience to be there!

When we checked in the rooms were not cleaned at all. In the middle of night when called any emergency number of the hotel, no one picked up. When asked extra blanket we were denied saying that hotel doesnt keep anything extra. Bathroom was not cleaned and maintained.
