I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made sure all our needs were met. The travel services provided were also great, making our sightseeing and transport hassle-free. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The staff, in particular, were attentive and really added to the overall positive experience.
However, the maintenance of the property could use some improvement. Unfortunately, there was no heater available when requested, and the geyser was not working during my stay. Additionally, there were no extra blankets available, which made the room feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
While these issues did affect my stay, the overall service, food quality, and staff made it a decent experience. Hopefully, the property can address these maintenance concerns in the future.

Hotel Sita Niwas is located near Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh/Market, it's a walk for 5-7min. Entire Hotel Staff is nice and well behaved, we reach around 10am and they gave us room, without even mentioning that it's a early check-in an all, rooms and washrooms both were clean, we had a comfortable sleep, front desk and all their staff were polite and well spoken.

Service - zero the rooms are in terrible condition with used bed sheets, dusty blankets, and a foul odor throughout. There is water leakage from the ac, and the geysers are not working. No complementary water bottles, worst service.

Hotel sita niwas is located near golden temple and jallianwala bagh/market, it's a walk for 5-7min. First things first, location is excellent, like just 30 seconds walk, rooms were gigantic and very beautifully designed, I explored around 15-20 hotels nearby but this was best among all, keeping prices in mind, low on price and high on quality like none other, food was amazing and very under rated must try

The overall experience was awesome, there was timely service of food and even any kind of assistance. The staff was too cooperative which overall made the experience amazing.
